i3 - injected heat-shrink double seal junction kit

• Description :
  I3 injected junction kits are used to insulate the junctions of the network elements. They feature a double seal. These junctions are recommended for difficult terrains.

I3 injected heat-shrink double seal junction kits include:

• A heat-shrink HDPE sliding muff,
• 2 heat-shrink sleeves,
• 2 degassing plugs,
• 2 closure plugs,
• 2 heat-shrink protective patches (FOPS),
• PUR foam kit, 2 components, pre-dosed.

The junction is insulated by pouring the liquid polyurethane foam components into the junction on the site.

Installation Kit i3

From ND 300 and for some insulation thicknesses, the injected junction kits can be delivered as 1/2 or 1/3 kits.

• Diameters: for main pipes from ND 20 to 1000 (other diameters on demand)
• Compliance: Standard EN 489
