ISOPAL Heating

The ISOPAL H (heating) range is easily recognisable with the main PE-Xa tube equipped with its red EVOH anti-diffusion barrier. Our ISOPAL pipes are available with 1 or 2 PE-Xa pipes in the same sheath (Single pipe or Twin pipe).

The ISOPAL flexible pipe systems are ideal for domestic connections. ISOPAL flexible pipes consist of:

• a PE-Xa service pipe.
• a polyurethane (PUR) foam insulation.
• a low-density polyethylene (LDPE) outer mechanical protection

Combined with the plastic properties of the PE-Xa, the excellent thermal properties of PUR foam make ISOPAL pre-insulated pipes highly efficient.

• Maximum operating pressure: 6 bar

Like all plastic products, the flexibility of the material depends on the ambient temperature during installation. It is best to lay the pipes at exterior temperatures above 10 °C. Since these pipes are designed to allow quick and easy underground laying between two buildings, where large diameters (Ø > 63 mm) are used and for cost and efficiency reasons, you are recommended to construct the main distributions from pre-insulated rigid pipes and the connections from ISOPAL pipes.
