POLYURETUB 130
POLYURETUB 130 pipe consist in a pipe assembly of an inner service pipe, a polyurethane rigid foam insulation and an outer casing of high density polyethylene. The inner pipe is centred inside the polyethylene pipe by means of polypropylene centre rings. The injected polyurethane foam bounds to the outside of the service pipe and the innside of the HDPE outer casing, in such a way that the expansion forces of the service pipe are transmitted to the surrounding soil when the pipe is inderground.
The maximum operating conditions of the product are 120°C continuous.
On request a leak detection and alarm system could be placed in the whole elements of the pipeline.

TUCAL
Tucal finds its main applications in the field of the District Heating by allowing the transport of fluids intended for climatic networks (in general overheated water or steam) above 110°C and up to 600°C. He can also find other more particular applications such as the security of transport of dangerous fluids, due to the principle of the double envelope.
The product TUCAL is a steel-in-steel pre-insulated pipe system, made of 3 main elements:
• a steel outer casing according to DIN 1628 2458 protected by a polyethylene coating according to DIN 30670 N-n.
• an internal service pipe which contains the fluid to be transported.
• a thickness of mineral rock wool directly fixed on the service pipe, and which assures the thermal insulation.
This shape has numerous advantages: the service pipe moves easily within the casing which benefits from a waterproof quality improved due to its PE coating.The service pipe is therefore perfectly protected from the outside surrounding, and benefits so from an atmosphere exempt from humidity, which guarantees its very weak corrosion.
In certain cases, the return service pipe can be put with the outgoing one within the same casing.

ISOPAL
The flexible pipe system ISOPAL is especially suited for house connections, future extension works and can easily be laid around obstructions.It can also be used for complete low-temperature systems in lower nominal diameter width. Due to the great supplied length the laying works can be realized in short time nearly without any connections. the maximum continuous operating temperature is 80°C for sanitary and 90°C for heating systems.
