Quality
In 2006 INPAL Industries has brought up to date with TUV Saarland its Certificate of Approval certifying that its quality system meets the ISO 9001 requirements. Quality management is an important, basic part of INPAL Industries objectives. By means of this tool we ensure that all administrative, engineering, production and test procedures are executed in accordance with the high quality standards. The ISO 9001 certificate guarantees our customers that there is quality in everything we do.
All raw materials used in the production are subject to thorough quality control. The length, the wall thickness and the quality of all steel pipes are also checked. During production, samples are taken at regular intervals. Density, water absorption, cell size and number of open cells are checked and compared to EN 253, the European standard for pre-insulated district heating pipes.
Our products are manufactured in accordance with the following European standards:
• EN 253 for pre-insulated pipes.
• EN 448 for Fittings
• EN 488 for Valves
• EN 489 for Joints
• EN 14419 for Alarm system
• EN 13941 for Conception and Calculation
All our products are subject to a Technical Advice from C.S.T.B. (Scientific and Technical Chamber of the Building). INPAL Industries is nowadays engaged near the the others french manufacturers of pre-insulated pipelines in a certification job " CSTCertified ". This one is worked out under the control of the Scientific and Technical Chamber of the Building (C.S.T.B).
It guarantees among other things the installation and execution :
- of controls with reception of raw materials,
- of controls in the course of manufacture,
- of controls before expedition of the finished products.
- an appropriate material (procedures, instructions, operational modes).
- a compliance with European norms nowadays in force in the area of activities of pre-insulated pipelines .
- a training, an amenity and a monitoring of competences of the laying personal (sub- contractors or employees).
